July 2017, Tuesdays & Thursdays, at 18.00-20.00, IWTCR premises. In the context of the educational programmes the IWTCR organized a creative activity workshop for children aged 8-12. This workshop combined the creative writing and the artistic expression aiming at exploring and expanding the creative skills of children, the expression and the communication within the team and the strengthening of their self-knowledge and self-esteem using the Art Therapy methods. Art Therapy is a creative process of visual expression that contributes to the physical and mental well-being of individuals through interaction, pleasure and games. The programme was initiated by Rafaela Kavasila, pre-school teacher and postgraduate student in Art Therapy. Two groups were set up.
